We warrant the surface of wall tiles and bathtubs that are reglazed by us for a certain period of time from the date of work. This is applicable so long as the customer has maintained the surface in the way in which we have recommended they do so. The warranty will be voided should the customer owe any monetary amount for the cost of the work. The total amount due for the project must be paid the day the project is completed. If there are any questions about this, or about the length of the warranty provided, just get on the phone with us. We are able to provide anything you need in writing, too.
If a problem occurs right away as the result of our work, any repairs will be conducted free of charge – this includes issues which are the result of a defect in workmanship or materials. Our warranty does not cover wear and tear, for instance, deterioration of a glossy finish, staining, scratching, or problems resulting from cleaning practices. Pre-existing corrosion or rust, chip repairs and damage that results from the impact of an item which makes a chip in the surface are not covered by our warranty. Customers are responsible for following care and maintenance instructions. For instance, caulking maintenance and fixing leaks are the responsibility of the customer. Dropping an object and causing a crack or chip is the responsibility of the customer. But you can rest assured that we do in fact back up the work that we do.
